RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Maximum 4 entries accepted per person.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of Ontario only and at the age of majority.
3. Winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to claim the prize as per Canadian law.
4. The winner will be contacted by email. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by email for any reason, a new winner will be drawn within 48 hrs.
5. All decisions related to the drawing and awarding of the prize are final and are at the sole discretion of Jewel House Real Estate.
6. Contest closes on September 6th, 2021, at Midnight EST.
7. Winner will be announced on September 7th, 2021.
